Any Important Matters
"Any important matters" is the all-purpose query of the Chinese Fortune Calendar. It shows days that are generally good for significant undertakings and free of serious negative influences. It is a "safety net" for when you cannot find your task in the menu, or when you need to do several different things on one day.
But being universal is also a limitation. The query does not know what exactly you plan to do, so it relies only on general luck factors. For a haircut, for example, "cutting" stars are good, and for a wedding, "harmony stars". "Any important matters" does not take such subtleties into account.

What the query covers:
- important matters that are not in the date search menu;
- a day on which several different important things are planned;
- an important meeting, conversation or decision when you are unsure which query to choose;
- submitting important documents, applications or requests;
- the start of an important stage that does not fit into a single category.
When to use a different query:
- if your task has its own query, choose it, because it is more precise. For a contract use "signing of contracts and agreements", for a wedding "marriage", for a move "moving to a new house";
- if there is no close query, look for a task similar in meaning. Taking an exam is like a "public performance", and applying for a visa is like "applying for a loan, investment" (you are asking for something);
- if you have no important matters but want to know the general luck of the day, look at the overall day rating in the calendar.
How the Calendar rates the day. For any important matters the favourable Day Officer is Success. The unfavourable ones are Close, Danger and Destruction. Among the lunar mansions, Net and Guardian are good, while Ox, Ghost, Willow, Turtle Beak, Danger, Pleiades and Void are unfavourable. The day is supported by the Noble Man, the Three Mystics, the Star of Prosperity and the Travelling Horse. It is weakened by the Death Angel, the Day of Lost Time, the Extinction Day, the Separating Day, Self Penalty, and a Clash of the Year or of the Month. The requirements are strict, so this query usually shows fewer favourable days than the specific ones.

Tip. Use "any important matters" as a second filter. First find the days for the precise query, then pick the one among them that is also good for "any important matters". Such a day will be lucky both for your task and in general.
