General analysis of the day
Overview:
September 21 — Day of Establish (建). This is a day of strong forward momentum when new beginnings carry genuine potential, yet the presence of Self Penalty suggests you must move with intention rather than haste. The Dipper mansion brings wealth and completion energy that can support your endeavors, but only if approached with clarity.
Positives of the day:
The Dipper mansion is a genuine ally, bringing Wealth energy and favour for new ventures, partnerships, and fresh starts in work or business. The Establish indicator itself creates momentum for planning, engagement, negotiation, and making meaningful connections. This day supports education, travel, relocation, and construction projects. The Dipper's association with completion and rewards means efforts undertaken now can bear fruit.
Negatives of the day:
Self Penalty is the day's shadow side. This star carries a warning: hasty or careless action creates self-inflicted problems. There is a risk of running in circles, wasting effort, and undoing your own progress through inattention. The strong Qi of the Establish day, combined with Self Penalty, means enthusiasm can easily outpace wisdom.
Good for:
— Planning new projects and ventures — Signing contracts and business agreements — Engaging in negotiations and meeting new partners — Starting a new job or commencing a partnership — Travel and beginning educational courses — Moving house and starting repairs or construction — Taking medical advice or beginning a new health regimen — Feng Shui implementations
Not good for:
— Making hasty decisions without careful review — Organizing celebrations or arranging funerals — Digging, grave work, or ground disturbance — Initiating important actions impulsively — Rushing into major commitments without thought
In short:
This day favors new beginnings and brings wealth potential through the Dipper, but Self Penalty demands you slow down and think before you act. Plan boldly, but execute carefully—avoid the trap of creating your own obstacles through carelessness.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
建 Establish
The time is right to start planning something new and looking to the future.
It is, also, the right time to get engaged and plan a wedding but not the right time for the wedding itself.
It is a good time to meet up with friends, conduct business negotiations, and make new connections with business partners and a good time for signing contracts.
It is the right time to take medical advice, to start a new diet, change your job or have a job interview.
A good time to travel, begin studying at college, university or start an educational course.
It is a good time to move into a new house, start building work and repair work (but nothing that involves digging or ground work).
Qi at this time is strong so it is best not to organise celebrations, arrange funerals or dig graves.

The day indicates the possibility of mistakes; people can create problems for themselves if they initiate important actions on this day. All day they can run around in circles and it will all be in vain. It is useful to stop, look round in the cold light of day and proceed without any undue haste.

3 Lunar day (beginning in 7:22 AM UTC)
