General analysis of the day
Overview:
October 28 — Day of Establish (建). This is a day of strong forward momentum when the qi favours new beginnings and planning, yet the Clash of Heavenly Stems introduces turbulence that may create obstacles for ventures launched today. The presence of two Virtue stars, however, substantially softens this conflict.
Positives of the day:
The Heavenly Star of Virtue and Monthly Star of Virtue work powerfully in your favour, transforming potential difficulties into opportunities and lending you personal charisma and influence. Both stars weaken the effect of the Clash and favour business negotiations, hiring or firing, and public speaking. The Year Storage Star makes this an excellent day for acquiring property or long-term financial deposits. The Stomach mansion brings wealth accumulation, status and protection to descendants, making it particularly auspicious for investments and banking matters.
Negatives of the day:
The Clash of Heavenly Stems creates underlying aggressiveness and conflict; projects initiated today may face future obstacles. Avoid organising celebrations, formal events or starting important ventures that require absolute stability. The Stomach mansion cautions against handling private domestic matters, which could spark family disputes.
Good for:
— Planning and initiating new projects (though results may require patience) — Business negotiations and signing contracts — Meeting with friends and building new professional connections — Hiring, firing or restructuring business relationships — Public speaking and presentations — Purchasing real estate or non-expendable property — Making long-term financial deposits or investments — Travel and beginning educational courses — Moving house, repairs and building work (excluding digging) — Job interviews or changing employment — Taking medical advice or starting a new health regimen — Getting engaged and planning a wedding
Not good for:
— Holding celebrations or formal events — Arranging funerals or grave-digging — Handling private family matters — Attending to domestic affairs — Starting ventures requiring absolute stability and smooth execution
In short:
October 28 presents a paradox: genuine opportunity wrapped in friction. The exceptional strength of the Virtue stars makes this a genuinely auspicious day for business, finance and public interaction, yet you must accept that some initiatives may encounter delays or resistance.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
建 Establish
The time is right to start planning something new and looking to the future.
It is, also, the right time to get engaged and plan a wedding but not the right time for the wedding itself.
It is a good time to meet up with friends, conduct business negotiations, and make new connections with business partners and a good time for signing contracts.
It is the right time to take medical advice, to start a new diet, change your job or have a job interview.
A good time to travel, begin studying at college, university or start an educational course.
It is a good time to move into a new house, start building work and repair work (but nothing that involves digging or ground work).
Qi at this time is strong so it is best not to organise celebrations, arrange funerals or dig graves.
