General analysis of the day
Overview:
April 24 — Day of Establish (建). This is a day of strong forward momentum suited to initiating new ventures, yet the presence of Self Penalty creates a tension between opportunity and the risk of self-sabotage. The day carries potential for progress if approached with care and deliberation.
Positives of the day:
The Monthly Storage Star favours property acquisition and long-term financial investments. The Establish indicator brings genuine support for planning, new partnerships, business negotiations, signing contracts, travel, education, and relocation. Medical advice and career changes are well-aspected. The day's qi is strong and purposeful.
Negatives of the day:
Self Penalty warns that hasty action or lack of attention can undermine your efforts—you may end up working against yourself. The Ghost mansion is fundamentally inauspicious for new beginnings and carries associations with loss and the past. There is a fundamental conflict between the day's forward energy and the mansion's pull toward caution and restraint.
Good for:
— Planning new projects and ventures (not yet implementing them) — Business negotiations and signing contracts — Meeting friends and making new connections — Starting education or training — Changing jobs or attending job interviews — Travel — Moving house or beginning repairs (excluding excavation) — Purchasing property or real estate — Making long-term bank deposits — Seeking medical advice
Not good for:
— Rushing into important decisions without reflection — Organizing celebrations — Arranging funerals or grave-digging — Weddings or formal marriage ceremonies — New projects that require immediate action — Ventures involving ground work or excavation
In short:
April 24 is a day of paradox: excellent for planning and laying foundations, but poor for hasty execution. The Monthly Storage Star rewards patience with property and savings. Slow down, think clearly, and use this day to prepare rather than to act—then you harness its strength without triggering Self Penalty's pitfalls.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
建 Establish
The time is right to start planning something new and looking to the future.
It is, also, the right time to get engaged and plan a wedding but not the right time for the wedding itself.
It is a good time to meet up with friends, conduct business negotiations, and make new connections with business partners and a good time for signing contracts.
It is the right time to take medical advice, to start a new diet, change your job or have a job interview.
A good time to travel, begin studying at college, university or start an educational course.
It is a good time to move into a new house, start building work and repair work (but nothing that involves digging or ground work).
Qi at this time is strong so it is best not to organise celebrations, arrange funerals or dig graves.
Positive and negative signs of the day
Positive stars of the day
月墓 Monthly Storage Star
The day is suitable for the purchasing of real estate, as well as other non-expendable property. On this day, you can also deposit money into a bank account for a long time.
Negative stars of the day
自刑 Self Penalty
The day indicates the possibility of mistakes; people can create problems for themselves if they initiate important actions on this day. All day they can run around in circles and it will all be in vain. It is useful to stop, look round in the cold light of day and proceed without any undue haste.
PERSONAL STARS WITH CONSIDERATION OF YOUR BIRTHDAY
8 Lunar day (beginning in 7:43 AM UTC)
This is a day of change, both internal and external. On this day, you can start life "from scratch". You can self-analyse, admit your past mistakes, accept external circumstances and forgive those whom you could not forgive before. This day is a good time to be in the company of people, no matter at work or on holiday. Do not overload yourself with work.
Lunar Mansions
23 Ghost 鬼 (Guǐ). This is the Praesepe Nebula and this is an inauspicious mansion. It governs departed spirits, souls of missing persons, cemeteries, places where people were killed and buried treasures. Making an enclosure will presage the death of a little girl. Unfavourable for beginning new projects, marriage and anything new. But good for the capitalization of property, memorial services, for funerals and visiting graves.
