General analysis of the day
Overview:
September 30 — Day of Establish (建). This day carries strong foundational energy suited to new beginnings and forward planning, yet two significant celestial clashes introduce friction and obstacles that demand careful navigation.
Positives of the day:
The indicator Establish brings genuine opportunity for initiating plans, making business connections, signing agreements, and starting educational or professional transitions. The lunar mansion Danger favours construction, renovation, and repair work, as well as debt collection. These energies support tangible projects and structural improvements.
Negatives of the day:
Two negative stars cloud the day. Self Penalty warns that hasty action may backfire, causing wasted effort and self-inflicted problems. Clash of Heavenly Stems intensifies conflict and aggression, making this an unfavourable time for weddings, celebrations, and launching important ventures—things begun now may face future obstacles. The Danger mansion also brings genuine hazard: travellers face peril on land and water, and the day carries risk of injury and health issues.
Good for:
— Planning and strategic thinking for future projects — Business negotiations and signing contracts — Starting educational courses or job interviews — Construction, building work, renovation, and repairs — Debt collection — Meeting friends and making new connections — Medical consultations and beginning dietary changes
Not good for:
— Wedding ceremonies and celebrations — Travel by land or water — Launching critical new ventures without careful review — Arranging formal events or personal milestones — Initiating actions hastily — Activities near water or involving physical risk — Funerals and grave digging
In short:
September 30 rewards deliberate, grounded work—especially construction and planning—but punishes rushing or starting without forethought. Postpone celebrations, travel, and major commitments; move slowly, think twice, and focus on projects with solid foundations.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
建 Establish
The time is right to start planning something new and looking to the future.
It is, also, the right time to get engaged and plan a wedding but not the right time for the wedding itself.
It is a good time to meet up with friends, conduct business negotiations, and make new connections with business partners and a good time for signing contracts.
It is the right time to take medical advice, to start a new diet, change your job or have a job interview.
A good time to travel, begin studying at college, university or start an educational course.
It is a good time to move into a new house, start building work and repair work (but nothing that involves digging or ground work).
Qi at this time is strong so it is best not to organise celebrations, arrange funerals or dig graves.
Positive and negative signs of the day
Positive stars of the day
No positive stars present.
Negative stars of the day
自刑 Self Penalty
The day indicates the possibility of mistakes; people can create problems for themselves if they initiate important actions on this day. All day they can run around in circles and it will all be in vain. It is useful to stop, look round in the cold light of day and proceed without any undue haste.
冲天干 Clash of Heavenly Stems
Clash of Heavenly Stems of the day and month brings increased aggressiveness and conflict. Things initiated on this day may face obstacles in the future. On such days, it is unfavourable to arrange weddings, hold celebrations, formal and personal events or start new, important things.

28 Lunar day (beginning in 12:25 AM UTC)

Lunar Mansions
12 Danger 危 (Wēi). This is the Chinese lunar mansion of fortification and earthworks, it is favourable for building construction, renovations, and repairs. It is a good time to start collecting old debts. But it is unfavourable for moving. Dangers exist for travellers over land or water. Travelers on land are in danger of attack, whereas travellers by water are in danger of the ship foundering. Generally, this mansion is unfavourable. It can lead to health issues, bodily injuries, misfortune at sea or close to water. Avoid all important personal or commercial matters.
