General analysis of the day
Overview:
May 15 — Day of Success (成). This is the most auspicious of all 12 day-indicators, carrying energy that supports accomplishment and positive outcomes across most endeavours. The presence of Heavenly Happiness and the Heavenly Doctor star amplifies this fortunate foundation, though Year Sha introduces a note of caution requiring extra effort to overcome obstacles.
Positives of the day:
The Star of Heavenly Happiness brings warmth to relationships, weddings, and family gatherings, while smoothing rougher energies. The Heavenly Doctor Star makes this an excellent time to seek medical advice or begin treatment. The Guardian mansion is purely auspicious with no negative attributes—it governs wealth, prosperity, harvest and good fortune. Success as the day-indicator is the strongest of all 12, making nearly any constructive activity benefit from its supportive current.
Negatives of the day:
Year Sha creates friction and resistance. It may bring delays, obstacles and a need for extra effort. Movement becomes more challenging, and deadlines require careful attention. Land transactions should be avoided, and travel undertaken on this day may face complications.
Good for:
— Weddings and romantic occasions — Seeking medical help and beginning treatment — Starting a business or signing important contracts — Beginning new studies or enrolling in courses — Moving home or starting construction projects — Family gatherings and feasting — Business negotiations and personal endeavours — Prayers, blessings and religious ceremonies — Recruitment and job-seeking — Beginning a new diet or course of treatment
Not good for:
— Buying or selling land — Starting travel — Solving legal issues — Activities requiring immediate response or tight deadlines
In short:
May 15 is fundamentally a day of success and good fortune, especially for relationships, health matters and new beginnings. The Guardian mansion's pure prosperity adds genuine advantage. However, Year Sha demands that you work harder and plan carefully, particularly around travel and time-sensitive matters. Success is attainable—it simply requires your conscious effort to navigate the obstacles.
