General analysis of the day
Overview:
October 23 — Day of Balance (平). This is an ordinary day characterized by equilibrium and stillness rather than momentum. The Balance indicator creates conditions where positions tend to level out, making this a time of stabilization rather than decisive advancement.
Positives of the day:
The Dipper mansion brings genuine wealth potential and completion energy — excellent for finishing tasks and receiving rewards for work already done. The Balance indicator favours those in weaker positions, as it naturally equalizes circumstances. This day supports long-term planning, construction projects, travel, repairs, and negotiation where both parties can find middle ground. It is also beneficial for treating illnesses and managing crises.
Negatives of the day:
Month Sha introduces friction and obstacles that will require extra effort to overcome. Progress becomes slower and delays are likely, particularly for time-sensitive matters. The Balance indicator works against those seeking dominance — litigation, competitions requiring victory, and decisive action will not yield strong results. Weddings and funerals are unsuitable, as are financial dealings such as inheritance or money-sharing, where competing claims may emerge.
Good for:
— Long-term projects and planning — Starting new construction or renovation work — Installation of appliances and groundwork — Travel (though expect slower pace) — Business negotiations and finding compromise — Starting new employment or partnerships — Treating disease and managing emergencies — Tasks requiring completion and closure — Feng Shui implementations
Not good for:
— Short-term projects requiring quick results — Weddings and funerals — Legal disputes and competitive contests — Buying and selling land — Sharing money or receiving inheritance — Activities demanding immediate answers — Exam preparation or diets — Taking dominant or aggressive positions
In short:
October 23 offers a stable, balancing energy ideal for steady progress and fair-minded dealings, yet Month Sha ensures that everything moves deliberately and demands patience. This is a day to work with natural equalization rather than against it, favoring compromise and long-term gains over swift victories.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
平 Balance
An ordinary day, without events… not necessarily a bad time, so mindfulness must be shown. Since this is the day of Balance, it means a balance of positions. It is a good time for those who are in a weak position and not so good for those in a strong one as conditions can become equalized. On this day you can plan long-term projects, make repairs, install an appliance such as an oven or stove and carry out groundworks. It is a favourable time to start a new construction, to travel and to conduct negotiations. At this time, the conditions of the parties, during negotiations, will be balanced. It is the time for smoothing relationships, seeking a compromise and making peace. But today will not give you an opportunity to take a dominant position therefore, it is not the time for litigations and competitions, if a victory is required. After all, the day leads to a delay in the process, equalizing of positions and to a drawn game and may conclude with a peaceful settlement. Today is a suitable time to treat diseases, control epidemics and manage a disaster. This is a bad day for weddings and funerals and not a good time to share money and receive an inheritance, as other applicants may appear.

Sha of the year does not mean negative things, such as robbery but the day is not very good. You will have to work harder, put in more energy to overcome the obstacles. You should avoid buying and selling land on this day. Starting travel on this day is also unfavourable.
