General analysis of the day
Overview:
December 01 — Day of Establish (建). This day carries mixed and somewhat contradictory energies. The indicator opens pathways for new beginnings and forward planning, yet a prominent negative star and an unfavourable lunar mansion create significant friction that demands careful navigation.
Positives of the day:
The Establish indicator itself is notably auspicious for launching initiatives. It favours starting new ventures, making plans, conducting business negotiations, signing contracts, and making meaningful connections. There are no positive stars on this day, however, so you rely entirely on the indicator's strength to move matters forward.
Negatives of the day:
Self Penalty star casts a shadow over the day, warning that hasty or careless action invites self-inflicted problems and wasted effort. The Pleiades mansion is generally unfavourable and traditionally presages legal troubles, misfortune, and unhappy outcomes. It explicitly cautions against filing lawsuits or pursuing debt collection. Together, these factors suggest that while starting things is favoured, the execution and outcomes carry real risk.
Good for:
— Planning and strategising for future projects — Business negotiations and signing contracts — Meeting friends and building new connections — Job interviews and career changes — Educational pursuits and beginning courses — Moving house and starting construction or repairs — Medical consultations and starting health regimens
Not good for:
— Hasty or impulsive decisions — Filing lawsuits or legal proceedings — Collecting debts — Funeral arrangements and grave digging — Major celebrations and gatherings — Matters requiring precision and carefulness — Actions that cannot be easily reversed or corrected
In short:
December 01 is a day to plan boldly but act cautiously. The foundation for new beginnings is solid, but Self Penalty warns against rushing, and the Pleiades mansion whispers of missteps. Lay groundwork, sign agreements, and make connections — but move deliberately and double-check your reasoning before committing to anything consequential.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
建 Establish
The time is right to start planning something new and looking to the future.
It is, also, the right time to get engaged and plan a wedding but not the right time for the wedding itself.
It is a good time to meet up with friends, conduct business negotiations, and make new connections with business partners and a good time for signing contracts.
It is the right time to take medical advice, to start a new diet, change your job or have a job interview.
A good time to travel, begin studying at college, university or start an educational course.
It is a good time to move into a new house, start building work and repair work (but nothing that involves digging or ground work).
Qi at this time is strong so it is best not to organise celebrations, arrange funerals or dig graves.
Positive and negative signs of the day
Positive stars of the day
No positive stars present.
Negative stars of the day
自刑 Self Penalty
The day indicates the possibility of mistakes; people can create problems for themselves if they initiate important actions on this day. All day they can run around in circles and it will all be in vain. It is useful to stop, look round in the cold light of day and proceed without any undue haste.
PERSONAL STARS WITH CONSIDERATION OF YOUR BIRTHDAY
30 Lunar day (beginning in 6:23 AM UTC)
This is a very short day, it does not happen every month. It is desirable to sum up the results and fill yourself with positive energy. It is good to thank others and forgive them. Try to control your emotions.
Lunar Mansions
18 Pleiades 昴 (Mǎo). The Chinese character for this mansion is a closed-door surmounted by the Sun. The ancients maintained that when the Pleiades flickered, it presaged invasion by barbarians. The Pleiades were regarded as the ears and eyes of Heaven. For this reason, they were said to preside over the end of criminal hearings or judicial proceedings. It is said to presage lawsuits and deaths in the family, governing invasion, judgment, and punishment. Generally unfavourable for most things. The result of misjudged actions is regarded as heralding unhappiness. Marriages end with the separation of the partners. New-born children are as old men with white beards near to the grave. Leave this epidemic star alone! It is not good for doing anything important, you should not file a lawsuit or collect debts.
