Body Care
Body care is beauty, health and rest all at once. In Chinese tradition, massage and body treatments help Qi flow freely and release stagnation and tension. So the day is shaped by both "healing stars" and "beauty stars". On a good day a treatment brings relaxation and a visible effect; on a bad day, discomfort, fatigue or injury.

What the query covers:
- classic, relaxing, sports and anti-cellulite massage;
- lymphatic drainage, manual facial massage;
- body wraps, scrubs, body peels;
- skin care for hands, feet and body;
- the bathhouse, sauna or hammam;
- home body-care routines.
When to use a different query:
- a full programme at a spa centre: "Spa treatments";
- facial treatments, injectables and device-based cosmetology: "visit to beautician";
- manicures and pedicures: "manicure";
- hair removal: "depilation";
- therapeutic massage or physiotherapy prescribed by a doctor: "starting of treatment".
How the Calendar rates the day. For body care the favourable Day Officers are Control, Balance, Stable, Destruction, Establish and Remove. The unfavourable ones are Close, Full, Danger and Collect: on such days energy is "held", whereas massage needs it to move freely. Among the lunar mansions, Maiden, House, Willow, Turtle Beak, Dipper, Well, Horn and Tail are good, while Ox, Ghost, Star, Wing, Danger and Void are among the unfavourable ones. The day is supported by the Heavenly Doctor Star, your Personal Heavenly Doctor, the Flower of Romance and the Noble Man. Interestingly, the Day of Lost Time and the Day of True Time Wasting are not bad for this query: they are poor for getting things done but suit rest and treatments when there is nowhere to hurry. The day is weakened by the Disease Star, the Death Angel, the Star of Losses, the Extinction Day and Calamity Sha.
