General analysis of the day
Overview:
May 04 — Day of Control (執). This is fundamentally a sound day for building foundations and making commitments, though the Control indicator carries a cautionary note: major life events are better scheduled elsewhere. The Master Killing Day star casts a shadow over certain activities, while the House mansion brings genuine support for material growth and construction.
Positives of the day:
The House mansion is strongly auspicious, opening doors to building projects, property expansion, and interior development. It favours investment and decoration work, and brings blessings of material increase and longevity. The Control indicator itself supports business setup, long-term projects, contract signing, repairs and organizational work. Religious observances and prayer are well-supported today.
Negatives of the day:
Master Killing Day darkens the picture for specific undertakings: Feng Shui measurements risk being performed incorrectly, and weddings and grand openings are distinctly unfavourable. The Control indicator, preceding a Collision day, creates poor conditions for travel and house moving. Financial investment decisions are also warned against under the House mansion influence.
Good for:
— Setting up new businesses and long-term projects — Signing contracts and making commitments — Repairs, building and construction work — Property extensions and acquiring land — Interior decoration and home improvements — Religious ceremonies and prayer — Finding lost items — Organizing and arranging affairs
Not good for:
— Travel and relocation — Weddings and grand openings — Taking Feng Shui measurements — Major financial investment decisions — House moving
In short:
May 04 is an excellent day to lay bricks and sign papers, but keep the champagne corked—weddings and major travel belong on another calendar. If your plans involve building something lasting or organizing affairs, you have genuine support; if they involve moving house or grand celebrations, choose differently.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
執 Control
In general, this is a good day; however, if you were thinking of carrying out an important event it is better to choose a different day. This day can be used for setting up a business, starting new long-term projects, signing contracts, commencing business, repairs, building, fixing things and finding things. You can make commitments, as well, to administer, organize, initiate and arrange something. This day is also suitable for religious ceremonies, such as praying. Since the Control day precedes the Collision day, it is not suitable for travel, moving house and weddings.

PERSONAL STARS WITH CONSIDERATION OF YOUR BIRTHDAY
7 Lunar day (beginning in 7:20 AM UTC)
Day for active and independent activity. Words on such a day acquire strength so be careful what you say. Prayers and what you have written in hand are especially strong. It is good to work with papers and archives. Cleansing of the body and fasting is useful. You can find a common language with anyone but a quarrel is more dangerous today than on other days.
Lunar Mansions
4 House 房 (Fáng). It is the opener of that which is closed and connected with the Great Sacrifice of burnt offerings. Good for building, with the proprietor being able to increase holdings, build extensions, and acquire gardens and surrounding land. Investment, development and interior decoration are also favored. The House presages luxuries, happiness, longevity, health and general material increase. It is even lucky for burial, with one’s ancestors being willing to assist in finding promotion, riches, and official recognition for the family. Couples who marry now can expect the birth of a boy. If a man takes a mistress, a son will be born in three years. This is a favourable day for praying, distant voyages, moving home, emigration. This is an unfavourable day for making decisions on financial investment. When the Moon is 2-5 degrees below the ecliptic in this mansion, there is calm and peace. When it is north of this, there are many events connected with the yin principle. When it is south of 5 degrees, there is drought and mourning.
