General analysis of the day
Overview:
October 28 — Day of Balance (平). This is an ordinary day offering equilibrium rather than momentum, where conditions tend to level out rather than tip decisively in anyone's favour. The stars bring an additional caution, while the Danger mansion adds complexity to navigation.
Positives of the day:
The Balance indicator itself creates a stabilizing force — those in weaker positions will find conditions improving toward them. This is an auspicious time for long-term planning, repairs, construction groundwork, and installing appliances. Negotiations conducted today will find parties meeting on equal footing, making compromise and peacemaking natural outcomes. Medical treatment and disease management are favoured. There are no positive stars to support the day, however, so you are working with the indicator and mansion qualities alone.
Negatives of the day:
Month Sha introduces obstacles, delays, and the need for extra effort to accomplish tasks. This star discourages short-term projects, travel, buying and selling land, and anything requiring quick resolution. The Danger mansion compounds this by being generally unfavourable and hostile to travel — both overland and by water carry real risk. It also warns against important personal or commercial matters. Balance is a poor day for weddings, funerals, inheritance matters, and any competition where victory is essential.
Good for:
— Long-term project planning — Repairs and maintenance work — Construction and groundwork — Installing appliances (ovens, stoves) — Negotiations and seeking compromise — Making peace and smoothing relationships — Medical treatment and disease control — Collecting old debts
Not good for:
— Travel of any kind — Short-term projects or quick-turnaround tasks — Buying and selling land — Weddings and funerals — Sharing money or receiving inheritance — Competitions requiring victory — Important personal or commercial decisions — Water travel especially
In short:
October 28 is a day to build, plan, and heal rather than to move, compete, or rush. The obstacle-laden energy demands patience and extra effort for anything requiring speed. Use this day to lay groundwork and seek agreement, but defer travel and high-stakes decisions to better-aspected days.

WHAT WILL THIS DAY BRING YOU
平 Balance
An ordinary day, without events… not necessarily a bad time, so mindfulness must be shown. Since this is the day of Balance, it means a balance of positions. It is a good time for those who are in a weak position and not so good for those in a strong one as conditions can become equalized. On this day you can plan long-term projects, make repairs, install an appliance such as an oven or stove and carry out groundworks. It is a favourable time to start a new construction, to travel and to conduct negotiations. At this time, the conditions of the parties, during negotiations, will be balanced. It is the time for smoothing relationships, seeking a compromise and making peace. But today will not give you an opportunity to take a dominant position therefore, it is not the time for litigations and competitions, if a victory is required. After all, the day leads to a delay in the process, equalizing of positions and to a drawn game and may conclude with a peaceful settlement. Today is a suitable time to treat diseases, control epidemics and manage a disaster. This is a bad day for weddings and funerals and not a good time to share money and receive an inheritance, as other applicants may appear.

Be careful during these days, especially when there are deadlines to meet or when tackling questions that require an immediate answer or reaction. Sha of the year does not mean negative things, such as robbery but the day is not very good. You will have to work harder, put in more energy to overcome the obstacles. You should avoid buying and selling land on this day. Starting travel on this day is also unfavourable. You should not start short-term projects or start doing some short-term things, such as exam preparations or a diet. If there are no other suitable days, you can start or continue long-term projects.
